Here are pictures of Haven and me at 26 weeks. Don't be fooled the clothing makes me look smaller than I am. I took my 26 week photos for my scrapbook with my bare belly and I am huge. I don't post those ones because believe me, no one wants to see that! Everyone at work seems to agree that as of this week I am finally really showing. People kept telling me it would happen overnight and it did.
I am still feeling pretty good and she is continuing to move around. I can sometimes tell where she is because my stomach is hard in certain spots, then she will move and it becomes squishy again. I still can't tell what part of her I am feeling yet. I had some back pain and tail bone problems for about a week and thought "if this continues I don't know if I will be able to move in a few weeks." By the end of the day I could barely get up from my chair. I think my back is still out, but I have tried to help it heal on its own. I haven't done much house work this week, I've been sitting on a pillow in my office at work, and sadly I have retired my high heels (at least for right now). Those changes have helped a lot and my back and tail bone are feeling much better.
Terry and I started our labor and delivery class. So far everything seems to be common sense, but it is always nice to hear it out loud. We have four more weeks of it and the instructor is going to teach us a lot of different birthing techniques so that we can choose what works for us when the time comes.
Haven's room is coming along. Terry is working really hard on the house and put up some beautiful wainscoting and crown molding in her room. I will post pictures of it once we get a little more done.
